Rich serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio.
He recently retired from his role as Assistant Chief with the Prevention Bureau at the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal. He is active in Community Risk Reduction efforts throughout Ohio and beyond.
